Remedies for Asthama During Winters

*1️⃣ Mixture of basil, ginger and honey*
Ingredients:
- 10-12 basil leaves
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 glass water
Method of preparation:
1. Grind basil leaves and ginger.
2. Boil in 1 glass of water until it reduces to half.
3. Strain the water and add 2 teaspoons of honey to it.
4. Drink the water hot.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 glass of water

3. Mix well and drink.
Usage:

- 1/2 teaspoon Shitipaladi Churna

How to make:
1. Mix Shitipaladi Churna with honey.

*4️⃣ Ginger, Pepper and Turmeric Tea*
Ingredients:
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
