What to eat and what not to eat in thyroid disease
⭕Drink coriander water in this disease. To make coriander water, take water in a copper vessel in the evening and soak 1 to 2 teaspoons of coriander in it and mash it well in the morning and strain it. Drinking this water every day will be beneficial.
⭕These patients should consume 1 glass of milk regularly.
⭕These patients can consume mango, watermelon and sugarcane in fruits.
⭕Cinnamon and ginger should be eaten regularly in food.
⭕These patients should cook food in coconut oil.
⭕Take food in small quantities, even if you have to eat 4 times instead of 2. And yes, eat food that is easy to digest like khichdi. Do not eat things that are heavy to digest.
⭕Thyroid patients should sit in the warm sun for 10 to 15 minutes every morning.
⭕Do not consume very cold and dry food, so keep eating juicy and hot, fresh food as much as possible.
⭕Do not eat too much chilli and spicy, fried and sour foods.
⭕Thyroid patients should get enough sleep. Therefore, if despite eating the same amount of food, your weight suddenly increases or suddenly starts decreasing, you start feeling very tired or anxious and shivering, then it is possible that you have thyroid, get your test done without any delay.
